This is our chance to get to know YOU, your unique needs, concerns, health and

wellness goals.This visit includes a structural, orthopedic, and

neurological evaluation. For non-pregnant adults, it also includes a stress resilience scan using

Brain Tap HRV Technology which gives us a window into your overall health and biological age.
For our pregnant mamas, this exam will include a complete Webster's Analysis and adjustment.   

20 Mins 
"The Original". Starting with 5 minutes of vibration massage to relax and warm up your system. Followed by the adjustment and 1-2 additional services such as prenatal-specific care, soft tissue work, cranial work, therapeutic exercise, stretches, or tape. 

40 mins 
Includes the Signature Chiropractic Visit +  PLUS the "Guac"...aka other therapies such as in-depth Scar Tissue Release, MPS Microcurrent, Myofascial work, Cranial Work, Cupping, Guasha, Sports Medicine, Sports Specific Strength & Conditioning, Scar tissue release, Exercise programs & Extended childbirth education, etc.

30 Mins 
Perfect for mamas and littles, this visit is designed to help mama recover (or give dad a little TLC) and to help baby thrive in the first few years of life. Very similarly to the signature visit, we start with 5 minutes of vibration massage for each person to relax and warm up their system. This visit may also include troubleshooting feeding and/or tongue tie bodywork and more for baby.  For mamas, it includes our Core Restore Program and exercises. 
 

40-60 Mins  
Designed with everyone in mind for families of 3 or more, our Family Wellness Visits reserve a block of time for your family that allows us to spend as much time as needed with each person; while also keeping the littles entertained in one of our two play areas. 

30 Mins - 
We will come to you! Servicing Sunnyvale, Plano and 15 mile radius in the comfort of your own home or birth center. We will bring out tables and equipment to help you function and heal faster.
